i just went thru a hell of a week. i mean seriously.
i may not break down this time during exam but i was having a really bad bad temper every day.
i am sooo happy i passed that and have few days off before getting back to normal routine again.

so right now as im typing this, it's raining outside my room.
this is the first time on this month i think(?) it feels like forever since we've been fried everyday here in Jakarta. so this is reaaally nice.

about couple weeks ago me and my friends went to Magelang for our branding project. we spent 3 days there and 2 days in Yogya. This is the second time this year i went to Yogya and Magelang again. even this time is we're focused on being in Magelang and for working, it still feels like we're just on a getaway.
when we were in Magelang, we met with some nice people there and just having conversations with them. the driver that took us for a city tour there seem to be really nice and he was talking about Merapi and when it exploded few years ago. i've never heard the story from someone who was really there and went thru that tragedy. as we went to the place to see the Merapi's view, he was talking how tragic it was at the road we're passing, and i swear i was having this goosebumps all over the place.
the last day in Magelang we stay at Eloprogo Art House and that place was really beautiful.

cant believe i went there again. twice in a year! *sigh

look at this magical giant rock. it's called Watu Kendhil. when Merapi was exploded and the whole city was having a bad earthquake, this one stays in that extremely position, like, HOW COULD THAT EVEN POSSIBLE??

when we finally arrived at Yogya, i went out with my long long friend, Try. this is the first time since we graduated that we finally met again. surprisingly he hasn't changed at all, still my cute gleek i knew. and ofcourse i got a visit from Andri and Petrio. which is really nice since they were actually kinda busy and still had a time off for me. (i really appreciate it guys btw, thank youuuuuu :)xx)

since i last posted, there are so many things happened in the music industry. there were actually so many album released this past few weeks fgs. and on top of my list are (ofcourse) ARTPOP by Lady Gaga, Salute by Little Mix, Midnight Memories by One Direction (which just released yesterday), Bangerz by Miley Cyrus, Prism by Katy Perry, and Tattoos by Jason Derulo. there are others, but those are my top lists.
i could review all of that but it'd take a very long post for this one so maybe it'd be on my next post? umm

 

so i just watched Mean Girls. who doesn't watch it anyway?
it makes me thinking about my highschool life and how i got backstabbed, people talking behind my back, and all the ups and downs. and maybe still, there are people out there who still judge me whether they even know me or not. Sometimes it's hard when you get it from people you know,

but for some people who i don't really know, i just let them doing what they want and saying things about me cause seriously? that's not healthy. i mean that's it. if You are actually stalking me and judging me, whether you knew my story or not, i just wish someone out there don't do the same to you. even that's how the universe works.
just keep doing nice things, do what you love (well, if doing bad things is what you love to do, no comment on that :x) stop being fake and be who you are and just be a little proud, cause some people don't appreciate who they really are and that's bad.

couple months ago i went to taman safari and FINALLY get a chance to take a picture with my spirit animal who turns out to be Not a baby ha ha but that's really cool anyway cause people were like backing off and i was like move out bitch that's my baby and walk straight to him HAHAHA

What Was Happening

holo!

that's the first thing i said as Nike Nasution.
the role i played few days ago. no need to say much about that, some of my friends call me Nike now which is funny.
me and my friend Ari came up with the name, we actually 'discussed' about that hahaha

about 3 days ago i came back from Puncak for our college yearly activity. we called it TKH (Temu Keakraban Himpunan) where all DKV family gather together to welcome the freshmans, (yes, i've mentioned it on my previous post).

that was actually our last contribution in TKH and i'm so glad that we did such a great job on that.
everyone had so much fun, I had so much fun, we had a great time and it was just a massive success.
i am so happy i'm part of this big School Of Design family :-)

there's actually so much happened since i came back from Medan. as a fangirl, all i can say is, 'yesterday was such a busy week for us' (quote from Harry Styles).
but the most fav thing that happened this past few days for me is, 

LADY GAGA's COMEBACK

she literally came back with her new single from her upcoming album, 'ARTPOP' and also music video called 'Applause'. i personally love it and it's so genius. tomorrow (26 in Indonesia) is VMA's and she's gonna do a VMA comeback as well which i'm really excited to see the live performance >< cause it's been forever since i last saw her on stage.

and also, there's um, not so happy thing happened this week. Zayn and Perrie are engaged. *sigh
haha kidding. i'm happy for them, i mean, they're really cute together and i'm not surprised that they're finally engaged. just pretty surprise this happened this soon. Congrats tho :D

i need hugs, people? :'

speaking of One Direction, this friday is the premiere of their first ever movie, This Is Us. I AM SO FREAKING EXCITED :'D
that is why i stay for the next few days til the premiere here! haha

Ughh summer's almost over and i'll soon be back to college and meet my daily crazy days again. at least i have like a month left to spent.
can u believe it? 2013 is almost over. it feels like only days ago me, Ari, Iti and Karin standing in Bunderan HI watching the NYE's fireworks.
it's crazy how time flies. i met my highschool bestfriends like a month ago but it feels like months ago, i miss them already. if only time could just slow down so i can really seize every minute of it and not spending it wasted and ended up with regret.

here comes Summer holiday!

i am now finally home. 
it feels so good to be back in town even now it doesn't feel the same since mom moved to Jakarta.
well, everything kinda feels not like the way it used to now.
the weather changes, the world changes, people change, friends grow up, and the only thing left for you, is yourself.
you can't count on someone anymore when everything changes.
when you think you need someone, or when you really miss someone, and then you call them and really hope they would have their time for you? the only result you'll get, is a disappointment. and some disappointment for some sensitive people would lead to a heartbroken (which is worse).
ok that's just a projection of what im trying to say first.
people grow up. 
they have new friends, new life, new stuffs to get their heads on, and the only thing you can do is either watch them, or enjoy every minute being happy with everything that could make you happy instead of crawling expecting someone to give a damn about you.
you know, it's like being more independent.

wait. that was a hard topic for a starting?
haha so this week was a quite normal homie days for me. 
having breakfast, singing on top of my lungs, filling the house with full music, taking pictures, and just trying to fun. one day i found a sneaky little baby rat on my bird cage so i told my sister to get rid of it and im filming it. turns out, the video was too hillarious i can't even help my self not laughing, but im not showing you tho, hahaha

Yogya Trip May 2013

hi!
few days ago me and my friends went to Yogya on our little trip to visit the Vesak celebration at Borobudur.
every year there's this lantern festival that people have been waiting for on Vesak day so we decided to come and participated.

but sadly, the good luck charm was not with us.
it was raining hard that night so they had to cancel the lantern festival.
i was pretty sad cause it was like the reason why we came in the first place and it just ruined. i even cried there when everything went terribly wrong and suddenly i had my anxiety attack.

but overall, i say, i had such a fun trip :)
me and my friends went shopping, going to the beach, had a wonderful time together. i also met my bestfriends, my highschool friends, Andri, Riza, Petrio, Dea, Elyn, and also Adhi there.
it's like, quite a silver lining for me.

i went to the cinema with Ara yesterday, we watched The Great Gatsby.
we promised to watch it together cause we're like obsessed with Leo and im obsessed with the story so
it. was. beyond words.
i can't stop saying how great the movie was. like the Story, the Photography, the Shots, the Music, oh my God

one of the greatest movie ive ever watched, hands down to Baz Luhrmann.

i just heard an amazing song by Demi which happen to be a bonus track on her new album, DEMI, and it is amazing. it's called 'I Hate You, Don't Leave Me' and it's so emotional maybe that's why she kept it special and not put it on iTunes.
